Tonya Kent Executive Director/President
Tonya is the Chief Executive Director of the 'Second Chance Mothers' Mentorship program at Infinite Hope and Restoration Ministries (IHRM).
As the founder of our organization, my vision for the future is to expand our impact on the lives of incarcerated mothers and provide a comprehensive solution to the challenges they face post-release. Central to this vision is the establishment of housing initiatives that facilitate the reunification of mothers with their children.
Shantelle Bridges Vice President
Shantelle is a highly respected motivational speaker, life coach, and community advocate known for her authenticity, warmth, and ability to connect with people on a profound level. Her life's work has impacted countless lives, inspiring individuals to recognize their worth, embrace their purpose, and live their best lives today.
LaFonna Pacheco Treasurer
LaFonna is dedicated to bringing healing, hope, and second chances to individuals facing trauma and severe life stressors. As a passionate mental health therapist, she assists clients in identifying unproductive patterns, understanding thought processes, and managing emotional responses. Through various methods such as CBT, ACT, Radical Acceptance, Solution-focused, DBT, and more, LaFonna empowers children, adults, and families to develop healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen relationships.
Richelle Gittens Program Manager Committee
Richelle is a retired teacher who has found her second passion and life’s work as a care manager/transition specialist within the re-entry population. She specializes in transitioning returning citizens into employment and self-sustainability through guided case management. Her passion is building relationships that help further her clients’ ability and capacity to become contributing members of society. Her work transforms communities into safer places by allowing people to find their purpose through meaningful employment.

Shawna has a diverse background in healthcare, spanning over two decades of dedicated service. With a foundation built on twenty years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Shawna has firsthand experience in providing compassionate care to patients in various healthcare settings.
Stanley & Merlita Gurule Fundraising Assistants We love GOD, and we love PEOPLE! My husband was born and raised in Colorado. I am from the Philippines. We live in Colorado Springs. My husband is a retired Air Traffic Controller, and I am a housewife. My husband and I were involved in the homeless ministry for four years. We’ve volunteered at Springs Rescue Mission and Marian House Soup Kitchen. We are also sponsoring a child from Malta through “World Vision. We are volunteers in prison ministry through Prayer for Prisoners International. We have been hosting Jesus Room (House Church) for three years. We partner with Charis Bible College through monthly donations. We want to serve our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ through serving people. We are God’s servants.
